Our Sydney team consults, coaches, researches, designs and develops what’s most valuable and responsible for our customers. We feel at home with e-Commerce and omnichannel consulting, providing commerce platforms, product information management systems (PIM) or data integration solutions.

We are part of the foryouandyourcustomers group, which currently consists of 19 independent companies (we call them “cells”) in Australia and Europe. All cells organise themselves with a high degree of independence to develop their portfolio and capabilities while at the same time collaborating with other cells.
Our team size is limited to a maximum of 25 people. This keeps our teams small, with direct lines of communication and a flat hierarchy. At the same time being strengthened by our international network of other cells.

As an E-Commerce Consultant, your activities include:
Understanding and analysing customer needs: Assess the specific requirements, objectives, and challenges of B2C, B2B, and D2C customers to develop tailored e-commerce and omnichannel strategies and solutions that drive business growth and success.
E-commerce and omnichannel consulting: Craft comprehensive and innovative e-commerce strategies. Help our customers identify the right digital initiatives and assist them in taking action. Advise our customers on various e-commerce-related topics such as technology selection, e-commerce business cases, marketing, organisation, customer experience, conversion optimisation, analytics, product information management, and marketplace management.
Platform selection and optimisation: Assist clients in choosing the most suitable e-commerce tech stack for their business, and ensure optimal platform configuration, integration, and customisation to meet their unique requirements.
Business Development: Support our Business Development team in various aspects such as communication, sales, partner management, and talent acquisition for the e-commerce domain.
Maintaining industry knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure clients remain competitive in the ever-evolving online marketplace.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide enthusiastic guidance and support to team members on e-commerce concepts and tools.
You have the ability to perform the tasks mentioned above with ease and enthusiasm, based on your education and experience.
You are a curious person who wants to learn and develop as a person and professional.
You are not afraid to ask for feedback early on in a development process and enjoy sharing your expertise to help others.
You are a team player who likes working closely together and cares for the team's success.
You have a connection to Australia, preferably living here with a valid visa.
