Your Tasks

As a Lead Stibo STEP Developer, your activities include

• Bring new solutions, work out new architectural designs/solutions, and mentor and direct a project team through all phases of a project.

• Develop/adjust functions and features that are not available out of the box to fulfil business requirements.

• Understand MD processes and transform business requirements into a technical setup with the support of Business Analytics.

• Provide competency and experience that will allow customer team members to learn and understand the setup of the STIBO platform.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules

• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience

• Excellent understanding of Product MDM, and optional Customer and/or Supplier MDM.

• Strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows, and STEP configurations

• Strong knowledge of the STIBO solution (tool functions and features available “out of the box”)

• Knowledge of workflows design/setup/variants creation

• Knowledge of the STIBO monitoring/reporting functions

• Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design; the MDM/PIM best practices and development

• You enjoy speaking and communicating in Dutch and English (full professional proficiency).

• You are comfortable visiting customers and are willing to travel accordingly.
